Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, and execute digital campaigns and content calendars for assigned clients
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to generate fresh, relevant campaign ideas
  • Plan monthly workflows and secure timely client approvals
  • Brief internal teams (copywriters, designers, etc.) clearly and manage timelines across all deliverables
  • Ensure the on-time deployment and posting of approved assets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing consistent updates and proactive follow-ups

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in social media management, account management, digital marketing, or related fields. In the case of applying as a fresher, an internship is a must.
  • Strong time-management, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign processes
