Junior Business Developer

As a Junior Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of discovering new opportunities by researching and generating high-potential leads. You will create and run personalized email outreach campaigns to engage prospects, connect with them through calls, messages, and digital platforms to expand our pipeline, and actively participate in online bidding on platforms to secure new projects and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to build targeted lead lists using prospecting tools and databases. (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities including cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Plan, draft, and manage email outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients using automation platforms such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Woodpecker, Instantly, and HubSpot Sales.
  • Proactively participate in online bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) to identify and win projects.
  • Personalize proposals, manage client communications, and follow up consistently to close initial deals.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and outreach activity records in CRM tools such as Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive.
  • Track and report on lead generation and outreach performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, email outreach, outbound prospecting, and online bidding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, prospecting tools, and online bidding platforms
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to business growth.
