Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• No refunds will be given for services that have already been rendered.
• Partial refunds may be given for services that have not yet been started, but only if the client cancels at least 30 days in advance of the start date.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel their services at any time by submitting a written request to the agency.
• The agency will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the client after the cancellation request is submitted.
• If the client cancels within 30 days of the start date, they will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost.
